Niveditha Vidya Peedom
Niveditha Vidya Peedom, Ramanattukara is an off-school of Bharathiya Vidya Nikethan-the Kerala Chapter of Vidya Bharathi Akhil Bharathiya Shiksha Sansthan.
The greatest non-govt educational organisation “Vidya Bharathi” established its first institution “Saraswathy Vidya Mandir” in Gorakpur (UP) in 1952 by a group of “Swayam Sevaks” who were engaged in the noble task of national re- construction. Over years of laudable performance, Vidyabharathi has branched out to more than 45000 schools all over India. Out of this Kerala could boast of owning and managing more than 500 school. Niveditha, to start with, opened a school (Arun, Udaya) at Ramanattukara in 2001 in a hired building. With spontaneous exemplary and dedicated team-spirit, put- in by all those concerned directly or indirectly have helped the school management to enjoy a smooth sailing and reach up to 10th standard. The educational system of Niveditha Vidya Peedom is strengthened by the unique blend of modern strategies with Indian educational psychology. The curriculum of Niveditha is based on “Panchanga Shikshanam” – Yoga, Music, Sanskrit, Naithik and Sareerik (Physical Education)
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
To develop a national system of education which may mould the posterity into such a youthful generation as fully enriched with the feelings of national heritage and patriotism, having completely attained all-round physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual development, capable of facing modern challenges successfully and dedicating their lives for the service and uplift of the natives of backward and remote tribal areas and the dwellers of the slums so that these downtrodden people may get rid of economic exploitation, social humiliation and injustice and usher a new era of mutual equity, cultural integrity and economic prosperity.
